Policies
Upon starting your web design or logo design project with RDL Digital, we require 50% of the total project amount due. The remaining balance of the total service will be due upon final completion.
If for some reason there is no action completed by the client within a 2 month time period, (such as clients not getting back to us on requests, etc.) we will then consider the project "un-completed" and we will move forward with our other important clients' needs.
(unless there happens to be a good reason for why it's taking so long).
